Leadership Development Programmes: a brilliant investment to drive team dynamics, individual engagement and retention of top tier talent, accelerating leadership impact.
Programmes are tailored to each client brief and typically comprise three to five modules. They begin and end with individual psychometric profiling and convene cohorts over a six‑month period for group workshops designed to accelerate the transition from management to leadership.

For individuals, a typically 3 × 90 minute sessions plus a psychometric profile. For teams, a retainer model of 1 day/month, where individuals can book a slot on that recurring monthly day. A certified neurodiversity coach able to support a broad range of profiles.

About
Jane is a coach, leadership consultant and trainer, supporting organisations in industries from communications to pharmaceuticals, drawing on more than 25 years’ of lived experience. She has worked with brands including; The Civil Aviation Authority, Centrica, Warner Bros and Scottish Gas Networks.
She has been a PRCA (Public Relations and Communications Association) trainer since 2018, upskilling tens of creative agencies and organisations such as the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, The Met Police and the Ministry of Defence. She was made a PRCA Fellow in 2020 in recognition of her work on issues such as inclusion and mental health across the communications industry.
Other roles include seven years as Board Member and Head of People at Hanbury Strategy, helping to grow this powerhouse corporate communications and public affairs agency in London, Brussels, Washington and Sydney.
With a proven passion for inclusion, employer branding and wellbeing, she also spent 15 years at trailblazing creative agency Golin, London. Latterly, as Executive Director of Talent she helped grow the London team from 35 to 150. The first seven years at Golin were spent leading corporate communications campaigns for clients such as Orange, Tetra Pak and Oracle.
In 2023 Jane was awarded the ‘Distinguished Alumni Award’ from Loughborough University’s Business School for work driving positive change in the communications industry.
